Molly Kaire, MS

Hi, I'm Molly and before I get to know about you, I'd love for you to learn a little bit about me! From a young age, I've been drawn to deep, meaningful conversation - the kind that make people feel seen, heard, and understood. Growing up in Miami, I was always the friend others turned to for support - the one who listened, lifted others up, and brought people together. Becoming a therapist felt like the natural next step! Now, I bring that same energy into the therapy room. I approach each client relationship  with the same care and intention I would with any close friend, and I prioritize that connection every step of the way.

I received my Bachelor's degree from the University of Florida before earning my Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. I have experience working with individuals of all ages as they navigate anxiety, depression, career dissatisfaction, life transitions, family dynamics, body image, or self-esteem challenges. My approach is person-centered and collaborative. I don't believe in a one-size fits all approach to therapy. I draw from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solutions-Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Mindfulness Based techniques to create a space that is tailored to you.
As a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, I am supervised by Ashley. Similar to her, I truly believe that everyone deserves to feel like the best version of themselves. Therapy doesn't have to feel intimidating - it can be emotional, exciting, messy, and even a little funny. Most importantly, it's real - and I'm here for it all!
