I consider myself an individual therapist, focused on working with clients on a one-on-one basis. Ideally, this personalized approach allows us to build a strong, trusting relationship, which is crucial for your progress and well-being.
Embracing an eclectic approach, I pull from the following models - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solutions Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and Mindfulness based practices.
While my primary focus is individual therapy, I am open to inviting family members, friends, or partners/spouses to join sessions when it benefits YOU. This is a collaborative decision we will discuss and agree upon together.
I offer both telehealth and in-person appointments, depending on availability. This flexibility ensures that you can access therapy in a way that fits your schedule and preferences.
Simply put: Any woman who could benefit from a friendly confidante and reassuring voice, outside of their own family and friends. I am here to help you navigate issues that are personal to a woman’s experience; whether that’s body image, self-esteem, lack of confidence, interpersonal relationships, struggles to conceive, and so much more.
So, whether you’re going through a breakup, a significant life change, a move, or just experiencing a generally stressful time, I can provide the support you need.
Each session is 50 minutes long, providing ample time to explore your thoughts and feelings.
Family members or partners may be included in some sessions if requested by you or recommended by me.
We will work together to establish a plan around the frequency of our meetings.
Depending on what we’re working on, I will provide relevant resources, book recommendations, holistic remedies, and referrals to support your best quality of care.
